How it works · The customer journey

More speed.
Less on the bill.

The right fiber offer can cut a household’s internet bill and improve its download and upload speeds.

Start with what they pay today. Check what’s available at their address. Show them when switching makes sense.

From a conversation to a connection

Three steps.
An informed decision.

A useful sales conversation starts with the household’s needs. Here’s the process we’re building our team around.

  1. 01

    Start with the address

    Find out what’s available.

Fiber availability comes down to the exact home. The first step is to confirm which provider programs can serve the address, then understand what the household already has.

    • Confirm the service address and available plans.
    • Review the current internet bill and plan speeds.
    • Ask about work calls, streaming, gaming, and connected devices.

The outcomeA clear starting point: the current service and the eligible options.

  2. 02

    Make the comparison

Look for a lower bill and more speed.

Compare the full monthly price with the current bill, alongside download and upload speeds. The goal is an offer that improves the household’s everyday experience and makes sense financially.

    • Include equipment, required fees, and discount conditions.
    • Check when promotional pricing ends and what follows.
    • Match both download and upload capacity to the household’s needs.

The outcomeA comparison the customer can understand before making a decision.

  3. 03

    Get connected

Make the switch with a clear plan.

If an eligible offer is a good fit and the customer chooses it, the next steps are the provider’s order, any required installation, and activation. Confirm the details before changing the old service.

    • Review the chosen plan, terms, and any installation charges.
    • Confirm the provider’s installation or activation instructions.
    • Once connected, check service and handle old-provider cancellation and equipment returns.

The outcomeAn informed switch, with costs and responsibilities understood.

The details make the difference

Compare the whole plan.

A useful comparison puts the price, performance, and terms in the same conversation.

What better capacity can support

Built for how people
use the internet.

Download speed gets the attention. Upload speed matters too, especially when home is also the office.

01 / WORK & CREATE

Calls. Files.
Work that keeps moving.

More upload capacity can help with video meetings, sending large files, and backing up work to the cloud.

02 / WATCH & DOWNLOAD

Stream a show.
Get the next update.

Download capacity supports streaming, app downloads, and game updates. The right plan depends on what’s running at the same time.

03 / A CONNECTED HOME

Room for the
whole household.

Choose capacity for the people and devices sharing the connection. Router placement and Wi-Fi coverage still matter.

Before making the switch

Clarity comes first.

The right offer should be easy
to understand and compare.

Does every customer save money?

No. Savings depend on the current bill and the eligible offer. Compare the full price, discount conditions, promotional period, and switching costs. A faster plan can also cost more; the customer should see that clearly.

Will fiber always be faster?

An available fiber plan may improve download and upload speeds, especially when replacing a slower plan. The actual experience also depends on equipment, Wi-Fi coverage, devices, and network conditions.

Why does upload speed matter?

Uploads send information from the home to the internet. They matter for video calls, sending large work files, cloud backups, and connected cameras. That’s why the comparison includes both directions.

Can a customer keep their current service during setup?

The installation and cancellation plan should be confirmed with the providers. Where possible, wait until the new connection is active and checked before cancelling the old service, and account for any overlapping charges.

Which providers does HiFiber offer?

We’re finalizing our provider programs and service areas. Confirmed providers, available plans, pricing, and terms will be shared before any offer. This page explains the customer process we’re building around.

Is the application on this site for internet service?

The application is for people interested in joining the HiFiber sales team. It does not place an internet order or run a service-availability check.
